South Tipperary Area Network (STAN) Annual Positive Mental Health Awareness Festival to celebrate world Mental Health day will run from October 5th to 11th 2020 and will include a number of online workshops & webinars. The theme for World Mental Health Day 2020 is "Mental Health for All – Greater Investment – Greater Access. Everyone, everywhere."
One of the highlights of the festival will be a webinar by Dr Harry Barry which will take place on October 8th from 10.am to 12.noon.
Another is a live interactive Wellness Workshop on the 7th October at 10am in partnership with Suicide or Survive. This will be an opportunity to take time out, to learn a wide range of practical tools and tips that are useful in everyday life. The workshop is for anyone and everyone as we all have mental health.
