Thurles MD Grant Schemes 2023 Contributions to Sporting Clubs- Youth Involvement/Female Participation & Contributions to Residents Associations for Estate Enhancement Works
The Thurles Municipal District invites applications from the above Groups in Thurles Municipal District who may be eligible to be considered for a grant under the above schemes.

- Contributions to Sporting Clubs are formulated to assist clubs with running costs and development where there is youth involvement or female participation.
- Contributions to Residents’ Associations are for enhancement works such as shrubs, tree planting, erection of estate name plate and maintenance of green areas.
The closing date for receipt of completed application forms is 4.30pm on Friday 24th February, 2023.
All fully completed application forms must be accompanied by a current bank statement. The closing date for draw down of approved grants is 30th September, 2023. Grants cannot be drawn down without submission of valid receipts. Receipt of funding in previous years is no guarantee of funding in 2023.
Likewise allocations of funding in 2023 is no guarantee of funding in future years. Terms and conditions apply and the decision of Thurles Municipal District on grant applications is final.
