Revaluation 2019 – Valuation Office Walk In Clinics In April
The Valuation office are carrying out the revaluation process across the county at present. You will receive your Proposed Valuation Certificate during March and April 2019. This certificate sets out the proposed new valuation (Net Annual Value), not your rates liability.

How to Estimate Your Rates Liability for 2020
You will receive a proposed valuation figure on your Proposed Valuation Certificate from the Valuations Office. This will calculate your estimated rates bill for 2020.
The ARV is set by the Local Authority, the Indicative ARV for 2020 is 0.21.
Representations and Queries on Your Valuation
If you have a query on your proposed valuation please make representations to the Valuations Office within 40 days of the date of issue of your certificate. You will find your final date for submission of representations printed on your certificate. The Valuations Office does not charge a fee for this service.
Walk In Clinics
Valuation Office staff will hold clinics at the dates and locations listed below during April. They can explain the revaluation process and give guidance on how to make representations on your valuation. No appointment is necessary. Please bring your Proposed Valuation Certificate with you.
