Tipperary County Council is preparing plans to upgrade the footpaths, parking arrangements and road surfaces between the Town Hall in New Street and Ormond Castle. This includes a part of Main Street and all of Castle Street.
A consultative meeting will be held at 4:30pm on Wednesday the 16 of January, 2019 in the public foyer of the Municipal District Office, New Street, Carrick-on-Suir.
The meeting will be attended by Nick de Jong and Associates, who are designing the scheme, and by the county council officials from the District Office and the Planning Directorate involved in the scheme. It will be an opportunity to ask questions and make observations informally before the design is finalised.
