Tipperary County Council, in conjunction with Failte Ireland have appointed the Paul Hogarth Company to prepare a Signage Strategy and Public Realm Design for Cashel Town.
This exciting initiative for Cashel Town will ensure Cashel fully delivers on its potential as an iconic visitor destination of international standing.
The Design Team aim to work with the local community to design a scheme that provides a truly memorable welcome for visitors, inspires them to explore more of the town and surrounding countryside and encourages everyone to use and enjoy Cashel Town.
The public realm enhancements have the potential to transform The Main Street creating a ‘people place’ which provides socio-economic, cultural and environmental benefits for residents, businesses and visitors.
In advance of design work commencing the team are reviewing how the town works currently and we would very much like to obtain the public’s views on how Signage and Public Realm could be developed in Cashel.
