Decision To Close The L2133-17(Coum Road) Scragg, Ballywilliam, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary As A Matter Of Urgency

NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council has made an Order closing:

ROAD TO
BE CLOSED: L2133-17(Coum Road) Scragg, Ballywilliam, Nenagh, Co.Tipperary
PERIOD OF
CLOSURE: 11.00hrs on the 12th of April 2024 until Further Notice
ALTERNATIVE
ROUTES: traffic travelling north will be diverted by Burgess Graveyard (L21332-0) and onwards to Frawley’s lane the L21334-0 re-joining the L2133-17 at Burgesbeg.
Traffic travelling south on the L2133-17 from Coum will be diverted by Carrigeen (L6047-0) towards Ballyhogan the L6046-0 and onwards to Ballywilliam Church the L2139-0
REASON FOR CLOSURE: Emergency Bridge Repairs Required

Press Release One-way traffic management system will be brought into effect in Nenagh Town Centre from the 11th April 2024 at approximately 11am

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-5410 Boscabel,Co.Tipperary.
From the 11 of April 2024 to the 12 of April 2024 for road restoration works.
From 08.00hrs to 17.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Diversion along R-691 and L-5409
Access for local traffic will be maintained

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-5406-0 Erry - Ballinure, Co.Tipperary.
From the 11 of April 2024 to the 15 of April 2024 for resurfacing works.
From 07.00hrs to 19.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Local access will be maintained and Diversions will be in place as the works progress.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-3248-17 Boggaun, Clonmore,Co.Tipperary.
From the 10 of April 2024 to the 11 of April 2024 for resurfacing works.
From 07.00hrs to 16.30hrs for the duration of the works.
Diversion will be in place. Local Access Only. Expect delays.

Temporary Traffic Management on the L-3221-0 Skehanagh to Longfordwood ( Dunkerrin Road), Co.Tipperary.
From the 11 of April 2024 to the 15 of April 2024 for resurfacing works.
From 07.00hrs to 17.00hrs for the duration of the works.
Diversion will be in place. Local Access Only. Expect delays. HGV’s to divert via Roscrea.
