Village Design Statements

A ‘Village Design Statement’) provides an account of the distinctive character of the village.

The VDS helps all those involved with the future planning and enhancement of the village to understand what is important to local people and what aspirations the community has for the village.

Roscrea Enhancement Plan

This plan was prepared by North Tipperary County Council in conjunction with The Roscrea Town Centre Enhancement Steering Committee and supported by the Heritage Council. This plan is a key action towards the fulfilment of objectives and policies set out in the Roscrea Local Area Plan (2012-2018).

STCC District Service Centre Enhancement Schemes
