DECISION TO CLOSE THE M8 MOTORWAY AT JUNCTION 9, CASHEL, CO. TIPPERARY.
NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council proposes to make an Order closing:

ROAD TO BE CLOSED |
The M8 Motorway Junction 9 Northbound off-slip and on-slip and Southbound off-slip and on-slip, Cashel, Co. Tipperary. |

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: |
Nightly from 21:30hrs to 06:00hrs on Monday 18 November 2024 to Monday 02 December 2024. |

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: |
Traffic through Junction 9 will be diverted via the N-74, Cahir Road, Lower Green, R-639 to Junction 8 in the Northbound direction.
Traffic in the Southbound direction will be diverted via Junction 8, R-639, Lower Green, Cahir Road to Junction 9 and from Junction 9 to Cahir via the R-639, through New Inn, to Junction 10 near Cahir. |

To facilitate road re-surfacing works.
