INTENTION TO CLOSE THE R-676 AT WEST GATE, CARRICK-ON-SUIR, CO. TIPPERARY.
NOTICE is hereby given that Tipperary County Council proposes to make an Order closing:

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: |
R-676 at West Gate, Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary. |

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: |
19:00hrs on Thursday 26 September 2024 to 06:00hrs on Friday 27 September 2024. |

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: |
HGV’s to divert via R-680 to cross river at Fiddown Bridge on to N24 to Carrick. Car’s to divert along either via Barrack lane to North Quay to N24 or via Chapel lane to William Street to New Street to N24. |
| REASON FOR CLOSURE: |
To facilitate sewer re-lining.

Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to Road Closures, Roads & Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary not later than 12 noon on Thursday 12 September 2024 or by e-mail to roadclosures@tipperarycoco.ie
