Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF Tipperary County Council to make an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, in accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), declaring the road in the following estate to be a public road;

• Oakwood, Ballingarry, Co. Tipperary

A map showing details of Oakwood, Ballingarry, may be inspected at the Carrick-on-Suir Municipal District Office, New Street, Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary, from 9:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday to Friday, from Thursday 21 November 2024 to Thursday 19 December 2024 (excluding Bank Holidays) or viewed online at www.tipperarycoco.ie.

Submissions or representations relating to the above may be made in writing to Liam Brett, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 17 January 2025.
