NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF Tipperary County Council to make an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, in accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), declaring the roads in the following estate to be public roads;
- Glen Court, Emly, Co. Tipperary
A map showing details of Glen Court, Emly, may be inspected at the Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Municipal District Office, Rosanna Road, Tipperary Town, Co. Tipperary, from 9:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday to Friday, from Thursday 14 November 2024 to Thursday 12 December 2024 (excluding Bank Holidays) or viewed online at www.tipperarycoco.ie.
Submissions or representations relating to the above may be made in writing to Liam Brett, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary no later than 12:00 noon on Monday 06 January 2025.
