Following the end of the ban on no-fault evictions on March 31st 2023, Tipperary County Council will support household(s) who have been served valid notices of termination though a combination of existing supports and new measures available.

The new income eligibility threshold for a single person applying to Tipperary County Council has now increased from €25,000 to €30,000. The increased allowances of 5% for each adult household member (subject to a maximum of 10%) and 2.5% for each child (no maximum) are not changing.
