How do I arrange to meet with a member of the Tipperary Local Authority Integration Team (LAIT)?

Please enquire at [email protected] including your location, and we can advise you of when the Support Worker for your area has their next Clinic

What happens during a meeting/clinic?

You will meet with one of the Integration Support Workers and you may discuss questions about your:

  • health and well-being
  • family
  • community integration
  • employment
  • education
  • your day-to-day living  
  • accessing public services

You are only expected to answer questions you are comfortable answering and they will be dealt with in a confidential manner.

Where are the Local Authority Integration Team based?

With 4 Support Workers we cover the whole of Tipperary and clinics are held throughout. Please contact [email protected] for specific queries

Does the Local Authority Integration Team help with housing?

NO – Local Authority Integration Teams do not deal with housing

Do the Local Authority Integration Team assist with securing housing under the ARP (Accommodation Recognition Payment)?

No they do not. Tipperary County Councils ‘Offer a Home’ Team assist with pledged properties under the ARP programme, however this programme has limited accommodation and it is advisable to look at finding a landlord who will accept the ARP payment or look at private rental
