Tipperary County Council has taken an important step in its Climate Action journey with the signing of contracts for the design of energy retrofit works at Civic Offices, Clonmel.
The project, supported by the SEAI Pathfinder Programme, will improve the building's energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and ensure a comfortable environment for staff and visitors. The initiative forms part of a wider programme to decarbonise and upgrade Council buildings across the County by 2030.
The signing was attended by representatives from Tipperary County Council, Tipperary Energy Agency, and the appointed design team - Powertherm Solutions, Butler Cammoranesi Architects and Spentide Limited.
