You must apply for a licence to the local authority if you are a casual trader and want to sell goods in a public place or designated trading area.

Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Municipal District adopted new Casual Trading Bye-Laws in 2021 in relation to the control, regulation, supervision and administration of casual trading in the administrative area.

The Council receive enquiries each year from persons interested in applying for casual trading licences to operate from designated casual trading pitches in the county.

In order to assist the process of allocating casual trading licences for Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Municipal District we advertise Expression of Interest Application Forms in November each year for the following year. You may also apply during the year.
