Retail Planning

The Retail Planning Guidelines for Planning Authorities, issued by the Department of the Environment and Local Government (DoELG) in 2012 require Local Authorities to prepare retail strategies and policies for their areas and to incorporate these, where appropriate, into their development plan.

Consultation periods for Tipperary County Council land use plans are notified to the public as per the requirements of the Planning and Development Act and Regulations, and can be viewed in the Planning and Building Services page of the Tipperary County Council website.
