Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF Tipperary County Council to make an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, in accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), declaring the roads in the following estates to be public roads;
- Ardlui, Thurles, Co. Tipperary
- Caisleann Court, Thurles, Co. Tipperary
Maps showing details of Ardlui, Thurles and Caisleann Court, Thurles may be inspected at the Thurles Municipal District Office, Civic Offices, Castle Avenue, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, E41 KA44, from 9:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday to Friday, from Monday 7th August 2023 to Friday 1st September 2023 (excluding Bank Holidays) or viewed online at www.tipperarycoco.ie.
Objections or representations relating to the above may be made in writing to Marcus O' Connor, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 15th September 2023.
