Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IT IS THE INTENTION OF Tipperary County Council to make an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, in accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), declaring the roads in the following estates to be public roads:
- Rocksprings, Kilross, Co. Tipperary.
Map showing details of Rocksprings, Kilross, Co. Tipperary may be inspected at the Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Municipal District Office, Civic Offices, Rosanna Road, Tipperary Town, Co. Tipperary, from 9:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday to Friday, from Friday 20th October 2023 to Monday 20th of November 2023 (excluding Bank Holidays) or viewed online at www.tipperarycoco.ie.
Objections or representations relating to the above may be made in writing to Marcus O' Connor, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary no later than 12:00 noon on Monday 04th December 2023.
