Tipperary County Council welcomes people from all part of the world to our County. We understand that 2020 and 2021 so far has been a difficult year for many people but for people who are not from Ireland, who are away from their families, their friends and their communities, it is especially hard.
We have produced videos in 4 languages –Polish, Portuguese, Arabic and Romanian aimed providing you with some information on how maintain mental health, signs you need help ir support and where to go for support. . Remember, we all struggle with it mental health at different times in our lives, it’s part of being human.
It is important to look after your mental health on good days and on the days we do not feel as good, we reach out and ask for support.
